Wholesale Terms & Conditions

The following are the necessary terms and conditions for placing wholesale orders with Plant Powered Pup.

Businesses must fill out the Wholesale form below to be approved. Currently, only retailers within 25 miles of Yardley, PA will be accepted for wholesale. You must be a legally registered business to qualify for wholesale orders.

Payment Terms: Payment options will be mutually agreed upon prior to placement of the first order. Payments are made in whole, up front when placing an order. Wholesale retailers receive 50% off the MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders: can be placed online (with a valid credit card) through at www.plant-powered-pup.com or you can email us at cgoodman9113@gmail.com.

Items: A complete list of treats available for purchase can be found on the website www.plant-powered-pup.com/wholesale. 

Lead Time: 7 calendar days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Holidays are considered non-work days and will affect lead times. We recommend that you place your orders before 2:00 pm EST on Monday for delivery the following Monday.

Delivery method: Local deliveries are made by me personally on Mondays. Arrangements for expedited drop off can be made if necessary. The buyer is responsible for the risk of loss and title to the goods once they are delivered. Local customers may also choose to Pick Up their orders but lead times (described above) still apply.

Returns: Returns will only be considered if initiated within a Maximum of Three (3) Calendar Days from the Date of Delivery (or Pick-up, as the case may be), and shall be based only on valid and acceptable reasons. Subsequently, no returns for any reasons whatsoever shall be accepted beyond this specified timeframe.

Important Note: Wholesale orders are approved at the discretion of Plant Powered Pup management and may be revoked at any time.
